KATHI MATSON, RN, NP
Kathi is a women’s nurse health practitioner who graduated from the University of Colorado. She has worked in the field for 25 years, supporting women throughout the life span. Her specialty is well woman care and assisting women transitioning into menopause. Kathi has a devoted following of patients, many of whom travel long distances to receive her outstanding care. Kathi is a Colorado native.
STACIE MESEC, RN
Stacie Mesec has been in fertility nursing for over 15 years, focusing exclusively on Women’s Health Care including labor & delivery, nursery, and gynecological surgery. She has been a part of Dr. Albrecht’s team since 1999. She is a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Reproductive Association, a nursing organization. In addition, she is a proud graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Nursing and emphasis in Women’s Studies. On a personal note, Stacie grew up in Colorado and is married to her high school sweetheart. She likes to bake, read, kick box, and travel to the mountains. Stacie assists her patients in every step of their individualized treatment plan.
KATIE GUALTIERI, LABORATORY MANAGER
Katie loves the family like atmosphere at Albrecht Women’s Care and how all patients are treated with attentive individual care. Mrs. Gualtieri is a Colorado native, who graduated from Colorado State University in 2002 with a BS in Microbiology. She then went onto graduate from PSL School of Medical Technology in 2003, with a BS in Medical Technology. Additionally, Katie is a ASCP certified Medical Laboratory Scientist. In her personal time, Katie’s passion is raising and training Warmblood Sporthorses and high level competing around the country in show jumping events. Mrs. Gualtieri is happily married with two young children, two dogs, and several horses. Professionally, her greatest reward is every time patients return with their beautiful babies.
HEATHER MOFFATT, RN
“The patients are my number one priority when it comes to helping them achieve their goal of having a family.” Heather has enjoyed a rewarding career for over 6 years as a fertility nurse. Graduating from Denver School of Nursing in 2010 with an associate’s degree in nursing. One of her greatest accomplishments was becoming a nurse while raising her two older boys. Heather has a great empathy for fertility because she went through IVF with her now 4 year old Daughter Lily. “It was very stressful and at times I did not think I could do it.” Fortunately, with the help of our very own Dr. Ambler she gave birth to a healthy beautiful baby girl. Heather looks forward to being an advocate for patients going through infertility and is committed to being a emotionally supportive medical professional. In her spare time she enjoys being with her Husband, 3 kids, and hiking.
